Okay so I don't frequent this board, I'm 20, female, and I eat like shit. Luckily my mentabolism is fast and I'm skinny but I know as I get older if I don't quit my diet I'll become a land whale or something. So lately I've been eating healthier, I've been replacing my usual fatty foods with fruit and meats. But am I too late? My body looks fine now but have I done enough damage to cause serious issues in the future? Pic unrelated.

Fat isn't bad for you and fruit is less filling which might make you eat more calories. Limit trans and maybe sat fats, that's it.

Eat more cruciferous veggies (spinach, kale, collard greens) along with other non-starch vegetables.
Replace some of your meat dishes with lentils and try to avoid processed meats like bacon.
I am not using processed in the meme sense but in the "they add sodium and nitrates to it and other chemicals proven to fuck your shit up".
Don't be a normie, study how things work so you know what to eat.
