How come Paleo allows you to go to the store to buy food instead of running after an animal until it dies from exhaustion?
You know...those things called "laws". For example, I cannot run after a deer unless it's in November unless they decide to make a special season to help cull a certain population that is overpopulating.

But by that metric you can't do paleo
Is there a consensus in the scientific community that persistence hunting is really the way humans acquired meat in prehistoric times? Did we not have spears and the ability to scavenge as well? It sounds a little reddit sciencey to me to say we just chased shit until it died of exhaustion. Anybody have any good dot govs on this one way or the other?

>there is only one way to adapt to an environment
Some persistence hunted. Some set traps. Some ambused. There was not just one way we killed animals in order to get our meals. We adapted to getting our food based upon our strengths. There were tribes that persistence hunting was the strength. There were others who rather throw a spear and hope for the best.

I wonder, do you have any other cringeworthy retarded questions you want to put in a public board, OP?
