there will be blood from capillaries, when you pull the needle out, but that's not something to worry about, the oil is literally supposed to be taken up by the bloodstream gradually

when you aspirate there'll almost never be blood (never happened to me before and I'm on my 3rd cycle)

the absolute worst that will happen is you'll get tren cough, ie cough for 3 minutes and then you're fine, which is caused by some oil leaking into your bloodstream
