I'm convinced the only purpose of it is to stick your ass out to the entire gym. I tried it and by the time you're getting any semblance of glute activation you're having to grip the bars for dear life to prevent yourself from just... standing up.

And? If you want to hit your core, do planks or crunches. If you want to hit your biceps, do regular standing curls. Why the fuck would you do the same exercise but on a bosu ball? You won't be working your core as hard as a plank or crunch (minimal work done on your core as a whole), and you won't be able to curl as much since your main focus on going to be on not falling over. It's fucking stupid and accomplishes nothing.
