How can I get farther up on my situps?
I can just about get my upper back off the ground and feel my abs working, but I cannot get my chin to touch my knees. Do I have to achieve a different type of ab exercise first or do I just keep at it until I manage to do it?

Exactly a lot people are tards and don't even contract their abs when doing it, or they do it directly on the FREAKING FLOOR without a mat or anything, I usually do 100 as a quick warm up.

I do 2 minutes, and then do the same on each side for side planks. Working my way to 4 sets of this.
