I do absolutely nothing. Basically be the pic related in OP's picture. If you do pullpushlegs you could go to the gym and get some tricep work in if needed since it's 2 days between each push day. I've been considering that but meh, I'll just be a lazy cunt.

sure, but it's probably not right for you. i'm only 8 months lifting, working around serious lower back issues and using a home gym, so it's a pretty piece meal routine

MON: pull ups, inverted rows, neck harness, reverse delts, freeform biceps

TUE: inc DB press, floor flies, calves, skullcrushers, side raises

WED: legs (split squats, dip belts squats, i cannot regular squat because loliosis), core stability work, lower back/posterior, neck harness

THUR: pull ups, inverted rows, calves, reverse delts, freeform biceps

FRI: decline DB press, floor flies, neck harness, shoulder press, side raises

SAT: same as wednesday but with extra arm work at the end

i've curated this workout over many months in order to work around my back condition, it's definitely not efficient for everyone
