My routine is 5 days like this
Upper body
Lower body
Upper body
Lower body
Upper body
Thing is I wanted to add to day B (lower body) narrow grip pullups as I basically finish that training fairly quickly.
Is it really a bad idea if some muscles (biceps and lats) are hit literally 5 days a week if I bulking (having good diet) and then I get 2 rest days?
I don't want to fuck my gains for this, but pullups are fun and I'm way too fucking tired to do them during upper body day
