Anyone here done the PHUL routine? I'm switching programs this Monday and was wondering if I should change the working weights when going to a new program. Should I go down in weight because of the increased rep ranges? Current stats:
OHP-115 x 5
Bench-145 x 5
Sqwat-405 x 5
Dead- 380 x 5

Candito's PHUL is a good program. I started it after running /fit/'s greyskull for 6 months.

Try it for awhile at your current weight and see how you progress. I wouldn't worry about plateaus that haven't happened yet. And the beauty of PHUL is that you can swap out the lifts when you start to stagnate.
