Yes of course. The great thing about paleo is you don't have to count shit because it's all maximally filling food.
If your diet is 2 parts raw or lightly cooked vegetables to 1 part fish/eggs/meat and only token carbs, you literally will not overeat it.
It's the fucking starches keeping everyone fat, nobody sits down and just binge eats sticks of butter all day, it's pasta and shit. With protein, fat and fiber your body has an off switch.

It's pretty easy to guess based on what's in similar foods. Unless they have some unfamiliar sause or something if you're experienced you should be able to guess any meal with like +- 15% error
