I am doing full body for like 2-3 months and my progress even if kinda there was slow as fuck, i recently had a busy week where i was lifting only 2 times a week and both of the times i hit various personal records and felt good as fuck, what gives? I am just low-test or something? i am eating good and sleeping no less than 6 hours.
