What are the best accesory / isolation exercises for each muscle?
I'm trying to add some stuff for my routine besides supinated curls, lateral raises, hammer curls, weighted russian twists, face pull.
Are skullcrushers good? or is there a better alternative
I've been doing 3 sets of any of these three exercises after my compounds:
Barbell curls
Reverse grip barbell curls
Skullcrushers
Lateral raises
Back fly
Landmine rows
Landmine scapular shrugs
Front Raises
Forearm roller
I'm happy with my results so far.
