I'm currently at about 120 lbs overhead press, and I want to do a dedicated workout to increase that number to 135 lbs. What are some good programs to help strengthen a particular exercise while still working on the other big lifts?

Literally any program that incorporates progressive overload

Currently on GSLP, I've stopped completely on OHP. Does GSLP count as a program that incorporates progressive overload?

>arms in front of face
>barbell somehow still behind the head.
How do I into no-hands back squat?
I'm pretty sure I've seen a video of Bradley Martin doing some tho.

Better yet, where can I buy abstract weights? Am I lifting 3, 4pl8s? I dunno, but it seems vaguely impressive.

Man, you're still on your newbie gains if you're only pressing 120. Just keep doing whatever you're doing.

I've deloaded 3 times on OHP at 120 now. I am I really still on newbie gains?
>>42717717
How long have you been lifting?
>>42717723
8 months now I think? I started lifting mid January. All my other lifts are still going fine, my OHP is just stalled out.
>>42717739
Well, shoulders OHP usually stalls first. Don't worry about it too much.

Maybe, but it's just the back to back failures at the same number that have had me worried.
