Also, porn addiction urges come in short intensive waves. Don't give in instantly, occupy yourself. Do something else. When the urges come, take a short walk, it'll have cleared up by the time you get home

I totally have this. My problem is that I am on a computer or something that gives me access to the internet all day. The moment I have a sexual urge of any kind I can just open a new tab and see it.

I'm trying to cut down by just fapping to pictures of girls I know by looking at their Facebox pictures and nothing else, but I always end up looking at porn to finish.

I'm going to leave a Text Edit thing open at all times and type the time and date that I feel the urge to look at porn. Then I will go into my homegym and do 1 set of squats or whatever. This way I can see just how bad my porn addiction is while pointing my urges elsewhere.

Does that sound like a good plan?

Yes, it is. But the thing is, I use a computer 8 hours a day, and i unironically never look up or fap to anything. I first quit doing it on my computer and went with my phone to bed to fap
Then i only looked stuff up before falling asleep or going to bed
Then i started never using the phone in bed before i sleep cause it messes up your sleep
Now i only fap before/after waking up in bed, without looking anything up

Your plan can work too. Defeating the urge to look it up at random during the day is the first step
