How much can getting /fit/ move you up the attraction scale?
For example, can a 300 pound fatty go from a 3 to a 5 by getting in shape? Can a lanklet 6 become an 8 with a Zyzz physique?

Depends on your face, but losing weight will invariably make you go up, a 300lb fatty will easily go from a 3 to a 5 by getting shape, more if they have a decent face or improve their physique beyond average.
