Bread, 3 days ago my neck randomly started hurting to move (day after I did back, but it didn't hurt at all during work out / everything seemed normal). I've taken since then off doing lots of stretches and going to the sauna each day but it is still sore.
Wtf do I do? Hurts when I look in any direction, it is slowly getting better but it is super annoying missing so many gym days. I dont wanna snap my shit up

Just start firing a shotgun at a range. Trust me, you'll be saying goodbye to neckpain!

it's a long shot but it might be the issue I have occasionally.
if you were doing back, it's possible you have a muscle "knot" between your shoulder blades, on either side of the spine.
get a hockey ball, tennis ball, whatever and try to roll that area with the ball. it might do nothing, but for me I can usually get back to 90% mobility after really digging in.
good luck

How was your form?
Maybe you're misconstruing a feeling in your upper back as being your neck

i had neck pain once for a few days because i looked towards the ceiling while deadlifting. after that i began deadlifting with a neutral neck, looking forward or slightly down.
did you deadlift?

I'd settle for just the pants. They look super comfy
