Lads, I'm only supposed to have one 1500 calorie meal a day but I need 2200 calories this meal. Can I just eat 1200 the next day to make up for my fatassery?

Don't worry about it, just don't fuck up again

Over time if you're eating at 1500 everyday eating just about maintenance some days isn't a problem

If you're eating 1500 then your maintenance is 2000 (or should be if you're cutting correctly) so it's only 200 calories over maintenance. That's less than a day's work undone since you make a 500 calorie deficit every day
