Lats (Latissimus Dorsi) Will give you a wider more full appearance
Pullover is the key for your issue. Do it twice a week. On your chest day as a finisher and on your back day as a warming exercise. It will widen your ribcage for sure !

You have substantial love handles. What the fuck are you concerned with the amount of muscle on the rib cage? If you had less fat you wouldn't see an indent there.
Anyway the answer is deadlifts. IMO that's how you got the all over developed look, everywhere from the rib cage to the hands and forearms.
