Is it possible to develop a good routine involving only dumbbells and a reclinable bench?
I don't have the money for a gym membership at the moment but I do have some equipment at home.

change up the scheme, maybe pause for 5 seconds on bottom of reps etc, lots of ways to keep it interesting and change it up once you harness the true power of the dumbell
But you need to increase the weight, if you want to make gains. Do you have the money to buy bigger dumbbells every month?

I'm quite weak and the dumbbells I have go up to 20kgs, which is more than enough for the time being since I'm probably going to have the money to join a gym in a few months.
