What BF% do you have to be to be able to see the separation of

I do the same thing, but I hit a barrier where I want to gain more weight than care how i look. Just depends on when you hit that barrier

i store most of my fat on my belly and legs/ass, my chest veins are popping up even without a pump, i can see the striations on my chest, delts and triceps very clearly but my abs are kinda shady because of the lower abdominal fat, it pisses me off, i may be 8 or 9% bf on upper body and 12 or 13% bf on lower belly and legs
