Seems like low body fat, he had to cut for 170 and didn't look as bad.

Jesus, how are you guys so uneducated about weight-cutting? He does something called "waterloading" a week before the weight cut, so the water retention is at it's minimum. Then he stops drinking water and sweats 10-15 pounds of it in the sauna/hot bath/doing exercise in a sweatsuit. This is a combination of low body fat and sweating 15 pounds of water out of your body.

He never cut for 170. In the second picture he weiged in at 168 pounds. In the first picture he weighed in at 145. Huge difference.
