I did my first deadlifts today
3x5 130lbs I felt like I could have added more weight without much struggle but I want to go gently since i'm a starter
I didn't know such a good feeling existed to man

Started doing diddleys too, first time it was 100 pounds and 120 pounds, then 120 pounds and 140 pounds, plan to increase it like that every week. Doing sets of 10 now, will decrease when it would satrt being hard. Weird thing is I got calf doms afterwards but that would as well be caused by incline threadmill walking.
