Meal type 1 - eat this

-Organic berries (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries)

-banana
-flax seeds
-black sesame seeds
-hemp protein powder
-Add greens if you feel like it

-Zinc w/copper (don't over do this, never take more than 30 mg a day)

-Sunflower lecithin
