good luck getting big without eating big

It almost entirely depends on the person honestly. Some can make pretty decent strength gains. Others lose a lot.

You can lose 20 if you fast look up the snake diet.

I was planning to stay 200 calories below what I burn for a few months.

I'm already pretty big.
6"4 and 107kg.
Been lifting for nearly two years.
Bf is around 15 - 17%. Want to drop that to around 12% while getting stronger. According to the article below it's possible.

You can cut 20% TDEE and still make good progress. With 200 deficit you probably won't fee anything slowing down. You will definitely not get weaker to lose gains on 200.

And to answer your question, rule of thumb says 7800 calories deficit roughly equals 1kg of fat loss, so do the math.
This applies to average people tho.

step 1 acquire steroids
step 2 apply steroids

Fasting isn't a meme ya dip.

In 2 months I'd burn about 1.2kg from a 200 calorie deficit. Slow, but if I get stronger in that time frame, I can't complain.

Natty for life lad.
>>42701956
Then you literally will not be able to accomplish this. It requires steroids.

Probably.
5 kilos dropped while getting stronger will be satisfactory.
