Last week I worked out my chest, first time in a long time I've done a weight lift to chest. Anyway the soreness stopped but now I have a tightness in my chest muscles. It's not painful but it feels like a sting feeling? How long does it take to go away? I couldn't even work out my back today because when I tried doing any pull motions I felt the sting in my chest. Anything I can do to speed up the process? Also how do I prevent this from happening in the future?
