HOW DO YOU GUYS DO THIS

I've done everything. Different types of oats, letting the oats soak in milk. All i have is some frozen fruit, quick oats, milk, yogurt, peanut butter

I can't stand this. It tastees really good but I cannot deal with the shit anymore

Get Flax seeds, and learn how to eat them, they are essential in protein shakes because they have a lot of fiber, it helps with digestion.

At least consider switching out whey and yoghurt for pea protein powder. If you buy from bulk powders or MyProtein it's cheaper than whey even when adjusted for pouch size, protein content and PDCAAS.

Also, milk+yogurt is a recipe for disaster, even without lactose intolerance. Because, milk will be fermented by the bacterial culture in the yoghurt, producing acids and gas.

Try replacing milk with goat milk or lactose-free. This alone might be enough. If not, eliminate yogurt.
