Any reason I release so much co2? Sometimes my car windows fog up. Sometimes it will come out of nowhere but always a lot after cardio.
Is this good or bad?
Bump this actually happens to me a lot and it's low key concerning cause my body temp skyrockets.
Why would you think it is CO2?
Fog is moisture which is H2O.

Okay so perspiration, yet sometimes it will happen while I'm not sweating. And like my entire driver window will have it

10 lbs of weight loss (from fat) is exhaled as 8.4 lbs of CO2.

No idea why. But i can take a guess. Happens to me too. Since you're sweating you're covered in water particles that evaporate in your car and cling to the windshield. Also if your breathing is harder, you might be blowing water vapor onto the windshield. Just a theory.

Sounds pretty reasonable bro. Thank you for the input. I always thought it was the water in my breath. Then I noticed it happens when my heart beats harder. We werw coming back from an event and my entire window was covered in fog lol, just mine.
