What's the cheapest and heavier in calories shake one can make to drink everyday?
I don't have a lot of money neither the time to have a good diet but I also can't starve and become a skelly again.

Whole milk, oats, peanut butter, banana, protein powder. Those are the staples. Add coconut oil for bonus calories and frozen berries for better flavor

Dark chocolate is a healthy fat, obviously don't eat a candy bar a day... but throwing a piece in is fine.
