If cardiovascular endurance increases the efficiency with which blood is pumped around the body, and muscles repair using nutrients delivered by the blood, doesn't cardio increase gains?

if A does B
and B does C
then A does C
OP is a brainlet
ok peace out bye

Where's the argument?
Also specifically related to HIIT: it has been proven to increase test levels, so wouldn't this also increase gains?

Yes it does, provided you eat enough calories. I thought it is already known that cardio kills gains is a meme and it helps with musclebuilding

The argument is, that's not how it works.
For what you wrote to work, the efficiency of blood flow in your body would have to be a limiting factor in muscle growth. But it isn't, at least in average healthy humans lol

Also here, the transient testosterone increase from any form of exercise is just not significant enough to have any effect on muscle growth.
