Have I reached my genetic limit of weight gain?

You most likely either fucking suck at math or do a beyond ridiculous amount of cardio
Weight / more weight is meaningless.
I've been lifting for 6 years.
I look like a Greek god at 70kg, but at 85kg I look like a couch potato.
>>42684002
probably this...but what are you macros?
>>42684005
This I've gone up past 80kg several times but always just get fat. I now sit at a comfy 74-77kg with low body fat and actually look good.
>>42684005
We'll I'm 190cm so I look skinny at 87kg still, go away manlet
>>42684002
No, I'm totally sedentary other than walking to classes and it's accurate
>>42684021
Indeed, the man you are speaking with is 180cm, thou art 190. However, what you must know, you probably aren't eating 4500 calories. Or, perhaps... You're not being CONSISTENT.
>>42684029
Dude I'm being consistent I'm DEFINITELY eating 4500 calories, I count EVERY calorie. There are no questions about this. I've been doing it for 3 months CONSISTENTLY and haven't gained ANYTHING.
5'7 here.
3000 calories for me caps me out at 84.00kg exactly.
(This is with lifting 6 days a week, 30 minutes of cardio per day)
>>42683976
eat 5000 a day
>>42683976
Yeah bro, your genetics make thermodynamics not apply to you.
>>42684247
Feels good to be a manlet

>it's impossible to have infinite gains
really overbooked my neuronal engine
