you could pretty much get that body by doing press ups and swimming/running.
Start off with 100 a day then work up to 300 start running 1km a day but then get up to running about 5km a day. Also keep diet relatively in check.

as for how to get those bodies, you could start by lifting on a proper routine, then later do isolations on whatever needs to get bigger

Around 1 year of dedication without priving yourself of normal stuff like fatty food and alcohol.
By dedication I mean a good 1hr workout 4-5 times a week.

Lose a buncha fat doing cardio.
Then start eating big to gain a bit of mass (Pitt had a high protein diet.)
Keep eating high protein while lifting to build up for beginner gains
After youve got the ball rolling begin to isolate certain muscle groups on certain days (I.E working out your chest INTENSELY one day a week and then let it rest for the rest of the week, for maximum recovery. While chest is recovering work on another body part and let said body part heal the next few days while working on another body part.)
End of every week do high intensity cardio for a good 60 minutes to burn off even more bodyfat (Pitts body fat percentage in that movie hovered around 9-6%)
