Me and all my co-workers live in the same building right now (military) so I have a good idea of what they do with their time (video games and bitcoin mining). I picked up archery as a hobby but I can't afford to do it every day since the range costs 10 bucks and isn't going to be open during the winter.

Maybe get a second part-time job? Maybe try UBER or something.

Idk, I know when I push it really hard doing cardio I'm often awake later than I want to be. Just personal experience so YMMV.

Do 3 hours of physical activity.
Doesn't have to be jogging.
Do calisthenics, shadowbox, go for a run/sprint, whatever.

Would be less boring than running for 3 hours straight, and would actually improve body composition.
