it sucks that the muscles are smaller for two days after working out.

the pump goes away and 3 hours later theyre smaller than before
then takes 3 days to rebuild them back up

Let's say I have a pool/beach party coming up, and I want to look as good as possible for it.
How do I prepare the best? No lift for 3 days before, drink lots of water, avoid sodium, eat some carbs, and some some light workout right before I go?

personally i look small af the day after a workout.
takes atleast 2-3 days to rebuild for me
take preworkout powder i guess for some more blood flow or something
