Running up stairs pretty much was the main reason why Muse had enough cardio and explosiveness to win Love Live!
Aquors copied them and had great success as well.

That looks awesome. Stair climbing is fantastic for developing your legs. I'd be running/jogging up that fucker a few times a week if I lived so close.

stair running is great cardio.

load a backpack with some water or rocks, do climbs and reverse climbs for sick leg gainz

it'll put you in great hiking shape, too.
