How do I get over my fear brehs? Can I just not do OHP?
just do shoulder presses with dumbbells

Thanks breh
At what point in the exercise did you sprain it? Im worried about it too now
you can skip vertical pressing entirely, just up your horizontal pressing volume and start bombarding shoulders with lateral raises and rear delt raises/face pulls
your front delts will get stimulated adequately anyway (by any type of pressing), and your side delts and rear delts weren't getting stimulated much by OHP to begin with

Not OP, but if you can do those what's the point of OHP?

from a strength standpoint? getting strong at pressing vertically
from an aesthetics standpoint? basically none unless you happen to be one of the rare people who need higher front delt volume
the front delts are already getting enough volume to progress just from horizontal and incline pressing (OHP works chest negligibly, triceps are trained much more effectively with bench variations, lateral delt involvement isn't that significant if proper form is used)
instead of adding more front delt work when you already have enough front delt work, just do more volume for your bench variations (which is going to smash your front delts anyway and develops chest and triceps much better) and then do a fuckton of lateral and rear delt work

DB press is slightly better because it naturally allows you to flare more (the bar can't noclip through your head), so you get more side delt involvement
