There is a great exercise you can do for it that I have been using for a few weeks now
>stand straight
>hands out to the side palms facing forward
>shrug shoulders as tightly as possible
>retract them backwards
>slowly while keeping your body straight crane your head backwards to look at the wall behind you
>hold this position for 30 seconds and repeat 10 times every morning
It will shorten the length of the muscles and keep your head in a more neutral position
