I'm running a 10k with a running club in a few hours. I've already eaten some food and currently drinking water but what things can I do to best prepare myself to be on my A game?

id grab a quick 10k to warm up before
10k is less than 8 miles, it shouldn't be too hard unless you've only been doing 5k before.
I used to do no special prep for my 8 mile runs and did them 3 times a week in about an hour and a half each.
Just have water and you should be fine. You only need to start worrying abiut electrolytes at longer distances or if its super hot
