Aging is horrible.
This is the new thing I've experienced with getting older. The first big thing I noticed with ageing was not being able to do all nighters, now it's not being able to binge on shit anymore.
I wonder how long until I start having those random lifting injuries that never go away...what the fuck then?
Slowly losing everything I enjoy in life.
Had a cheat day 2 days ago and still my stomach feels "off" and because of it and I feel nausea. I never use to get that from cheat days, in fact I'd always feel better the following days, now it's just horrible.

I feel like my old man now. He's 66 and has to avoid specific foods or he gets all fucked up because of it. Crazy how as our body ages it becomes very sensitive to specific things.
