but my personal suggestion is to find food that is both really loved by you AND makes your body feel good. For example I love pizza and burgers but it makes my body feel disgusting afterwards. so if you're eating chinese, trying something steamed, skip the rice, double down on broccoli. you'll definitely feel better eating this than some shitty oily fried thing. Your body and mind will both feel better.

Honestly, now that i'm down to 65kg (from 92 ish), I'm really starting to look back and be amazed at the difference. How the fuck did no one tell me how bad it was? How could my fucking doctor just say "You might think about losing a few pounds" and never follow it up instead of hitting me with the weight and screaming "YOU'RE TWO PEOPLE! YOU'RE BEING TWO ENTIRE PEOPLE RIGHT NOW! THERE NEEDS TO BE LESS PERSON ON YOUR BODY!"?
That's what i needed. I didn't realize that no one else had to grab and separate their asscheeks when sitting down to shit. I thought everyone hated walking. I thought it was funny how my knees and shoulders popped all the time. No one told me.

And yeah, 92kg doesn't sound much, but I'm extremely short. Goal is 50. Last spring I was literally two people and a dead dog. Now I'm just one fat person, and it feels amazing.

I've been noticing a weird pattern with my weight loss and it's really starting to annoy me.

In the first two weeks of the month I'll drop about 5 pounds, and then the last two weeks of the month I'll have some weird plateau where I'll stay the same until the beginning of the next month. I'd really like to break that cycle somehow, because I'd love to lose more than 5 pounds a month.

it's easy to pretend like you're not fat when you dont have to look at yourself. that's one of the reasons why i love visiting my grandma. she has a picture up of me at my mom's wedding when i was at my worst (must have been 230lbs easy), and i used to hate it, but now it's literally the only way i can see my progress.

First pic was the day after Halloween 2016, second pic was like a month ago. Lost 140ish lbs depending on what I maxed out at, stopped stepping on the scale when it got over 370. I do clean IF and weight training/Cardio on alternating days. Crank out body weight stuff whenever I can. I still have days I fall off the wagon and eat an entire pizza and box of doughnuts but they are getting less and less as I like myself more and more.

Hello fat

I've managed to go from faggot living in mothers basement at 330 pounds to faggot living alone in a small apartment at 270 pounds. I'm trying to save money to actually be able to buy or start a loan for a small house or condo or something, and to do this I'll probably be getting a second job. Doesn't give me a ton of time to cook. In fact I hate cooking but I can assemble a quick meal if needed (if that makes sense). I know this is not a good diet but this is what I've been doing;

-Breakfast-
- half a banana
- 1/2 cup "old fashioned" oatmeal (not the cereal shit)
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 scoops whey protein
- 1/2 cup ice
Blend all this shit together after a workout, assembly + eating + cleaning can be 20 minutes if the need be.

-Snack-
- 1 Nature Valley protein bar
I know it is shit whatever

-Lunch-
- other half of banana
- one serving of Planters salted peanuts
- one apple
Quick to throw in a lunch box and quick to eat.

-Dinner-
I used to cook three frozen chicken cutlets and steam veggies but this process takes a bit too long with the included cleanup. I've contemplated just having a sleeve of Poptarts I've had left from my eat-like-shit days, it's not perfect (too much sugar, processed bullshit) but is a nice round 400 calories to put everything here around 1400 - 1500 calories a day.

I could probably use help with my meal plan anyway, I can't cook for shit and would take any advice.

I go through recurring severe depressive suicidal episodes on and off, trust me anon people have to fix themselves when it comes to that stuff- it can be exhausting and (harmful for your own mental health) to deal with unstable people like that. Not to say they can't be good, nice people at their best but they are extremely tiring to be around when they get low, especially if you want them to get well and are invested in their recovery. I don't mean passing the calorie limit, I am eating 2400 a day but I typically eat at least 1600 of those after 9pm.

Simple reason is that I am vegetarian so eat lots of grains, legumes, tofu stuff like that, which means my belly puffs out a LOT when I eat meals (because they are very calorie scarse and high water content) and it makes me angry to see my fat belly after a meal. I have attempted to cut my belly off with a meat cleaver before due to this and don't want that to happen again

depends on how obese you are. I started do very light cardio at 235 6'0 with C25K plan, so it was 25 minutes of walking/running intervals that increased every week. walking 3-4mph and running 5-6mph. My legs haven't been in any pain. If you are going slow and not totally ultra fat you should be ok
