So I've found that what yields me the most gains is neither doing PPL nor noob programs (SS included) but actually doing 8-12 week 'cycles' in which you train ONLY upper body and ONLY lower body, doing a single workout per week on the part you're not training for maintenance. This not only allows you to concentrate on each individual muscle more and saves a lot of time on the gym, but also allows you to track your weight gain more precisely since there are few muscles being worked out at any given time period.
Why the fuck has this never been considered before?

Got any before/after pics

I think progress pics are useless for natties. But why wouldn't this program I described work? Surely someone must have thought of something like this before?

You know what, I have a better idea
We should train only our left side for 12 weeks using unilateral movements (db rows, single arm db press, step ups instead of squats etc) and then only train our right side for 12 weeks, doing a single workout per week on the side you're not training for maintenance. This not only allows you to concentrate on each side more and saves a lot of time on the gym, but also allows you to track your weight gain more precisely since there are few muscles being worked out at any given time period.

Cant you just do U/L or GSLP like a normal person.

As you get more advanced it's normal to go through phases where you emphasize certain things (could be bodyparts, exercises etc) while putting everything else on the backburner. I don't think I've seen anybody take it the extreme like you've been doing.
I know Brad Pilon, the author of Eat Stop Eat who's also kind of buff, likes to switch between one week of upper body and one week of lower body training.
I see no reason why your approach couldn't be quite succesful, although that's not the same as saying it's necessarily better than other things.
For how long have you been doing this?

Because its dumb program obviously doesn't work. He still look the fucking same like when he started.
