Been working out and eating better for about 2 months now. Down 20 lbs from an original 240 lbs (top pictures).
I've been seeing progress in every area, except my triceps. I do pyramid supersets on arm days, but for the life of me, I can't seem to increase my weight at all on tricep presses.
Any advice for a fat piece of shit doing his best to get fit?
You look fatter on the bottom picture mang

Start lifting on shabbos

It's a 20lb difference. Most of my fat seems to be coming off from the sides, then inward. I wish it would come off consistently, but I'm still working.

Got it as a gift from and IDF friend. Taught me proper forms for my lifts in a kibbutz gym.

Shabbos is my cardio day.

Keep going buddy. You got a long way to go and that's a good thing.
Looks good. Just don't stop even if you feel like you're not making progress. Then all of a sudden when you look at yourself in the mirror one day you realize how much has changed. Also, TAKE PICTURES of your progress almost every day.

Not gonna lie, it looks like you took these the same day but just stuck your gut out in the top pics. But the scale doesn't lie so keep it up

Thanks buddy.
Honestly, finishing my bachelors degree and having the time to lift and cook my own meals has made this a lot easier than I intitially feared it would be. Motivation to get to the gym hasn't really been an issue either. I already feel miles ahead of what I felt at 240. Can't wait to see what 180 feels like.
