For t-bar rows, are you lifting 8 plate or 4 plates if you have 8 plates in total? and if you're lifting 8, then why don't aren't you lifting 8 plates on other lifts, i.e deadlifts etc.

im asking because my dyel buddy told me bradley martyn t-rowed 14 plates

nobody cares what you can t bar row and the best way to know if you can deadlift 8pl8 is trying obviously 8pl8 tbar is much easier than 8pl8 dead because its a different movement using different muscles and leverages
