Yo /fit/ I'm 135 pounds at 5'8, I'm looking to bulk up and improve my game for football tryouts later this year, does anybody have any reccs for exercises that improve my spatial ability and speed?

You serious? Where do you live? Where I live all teams are set and are playing games already. Anyways, it might sound like a meme but I unironically think you should do Starting Strength, just add in some additional things like yoke training, neck curls, and extra cardio and conditioning.
