I lifted for a year, my body was great, then I moved to another city, stopped lifting, lost my gf and now I'm moving back to my town and I'll start from 0 again.
So, for aesthetics, it's better now to do a 5 days or a 3 days a week routine?
I'm kinda confused about how I should go back to it all again.
