Im gonna work out 7 days a week for the next year
Should I split my lifting into 4 different sets, or 3?
Any specific programs to suggest?
Do a 3 day split six days a week. Not sure what to do on the seventh. Cardio?

Just do PPLxPPL, or PPLPPLX. Have at least one day off. If you do not know what a PPL routine is, search it on google, will come up reddit posts which will explain it in full detail. Good for strength and mass building.

PPL is recommended if you want to work out close to every day. But honestly rest and sleep are more important to muscle development. Do not do too much volume on these days either.

yea im not planning on wearing myself out 100% every day. im doing moderately heavy weights & focusing on trying to get proper form. but having read the shit from these other two posts, im thinking i will do PPL 6 days a week
however, my gains have been stagnating of late (ive been lifting for roughly 2.5 years), so MAYBE i should do some more "advanced" type of program? im hesitant to, though, cuz im not trying to become no johnny bravo, i just wanna be ripped. those "advanced" programs honestly just sound like a headache, with a lot of shit to keep track of

Hi friend; not OP, but I'm actually decreasing the size of my legs at the moment to come back from t-rex mode, and I was wondering if PPPPPPx was ok? I do some leg stuff every now and then but never a full day as my legs grow quickly on their own.

its definitively doable, but i wouldnt recommend THAT much strain on your muscles. you can do the same muscles group twice in a row, but that much that frequent, i dont think youll be able to keep it up
maybe PPPPX, and just maintain that, for example. fuck the day of the week, just 4 days on, one day off. but, imo, i think PPXPPX etc might be best?
honestly, what WOULD be best is DONT drop legs regardless. just do it with less weight
