Question: i workout twice a day for about 45 mins a piece because i have trouble concentrating for longer, would this affect my gains is it just poor time management? Any truthful help would be appreciated friends
Yes. Assuming you are hitting a muscle twice in your workout, you would have a less effective workout. As in, if you do rows now, then at the end of the day do some curls, its not the same as if you did them one after another.
Also, if you sweat and have to shower it would suck to have to do that twice in a day. i mean you could stay dirty all day or just get it all done at once.
