I've heard never to lift with my back and this lift is literally only lifting heavy fucking shit with my back.

You don't lift with your back retard. Your using your entire body. Back and core are like a drawbridge going up, your legs are where all the force comes from. Just maintain staight and strong in your upper body and create the force and tension in your lower body
