My fat loss plan
Two 2000 calorie meals a week
Eat on the Monday around 6pm
Eat on the Friday around the same time
I'm about 65kg 28% bf.
Only thing I'm worried about is a catabolic state and having no energy
I've done a 3000 calorie a week diet for the past week and I think I can stick with this one
Any thoughts?

Also you are doing water fasting but for your weight you should bulk dude, get some muscle mass until you are 75kg then cut to 65 again

You are just fucking with your body. 3000 cal per weeks is way too low, you need at least 1000 cal to consume the essential nutrients and macro nutrients. I know you are stubborn and wont change that or listen to me so these are my only 2 cents on the topic.
