I used to eat a lot of lidl skyr before I went vegan and if I recall right the plan one got even better macros than the expensive ones from Arla.

it taste like yoghurt. yes its to solid as is, but 2-3 splashes of fun light does the trick and thin it out.
I use strawberry fun light, 250g of natural quark (½ package) whip in the liquid with a spoon. top it off with a little müsli or walnuts.
Awesome breakfast or snack.
