How do you guys prefer to be spotted for bench? I personally don't like it when they're obviously touching the bar and simultaneously saying "It's all you bro".

Also this one time this guy got to the last free bench as I did and we decided to alternate and spot for each other. He goes first and I spot his 5 sets. As soon as he's done he just ups and vanishes, not spotting my own 5th and last set.

Something happened to me once, this guy, great shape, swoll, obviously on roids. I see him all the time.

I declined.
Later I see him, his mom at gym and like a little sister. His mom wipes off his mouth, like embarrassing him. This is happened in the gym.
I just kinda got the vibe he didnt have any friends, I workout solo. So maybe.
