You guys remember casual? He used to post here almost 10 years ago. He now runs his own supplements business and got married earlier this month. What have you achieved in these 10 years?
Me? Nothing. I'm almost 30 but still the same old loser. I see everyone having their lives figured out but it's like I'm a spectator watching a play I can't take part in.
Time to lift because that's the only moment of the day I don't feel like killing myself.

I feel the same way bro. I'm 32
We are all on different paths.
Everyday, always little more forwards.
Gym, diet, education. Books on audio during cardio are my new thing. I'm 2 books in, rich dad poor dad. and a book by Trump and Kowasaki.
Remember alot of your friends, settled. They were scared of being alone and their value lowering even further. 1/2 of those couple will be divorced in 10 years, the other 1/2 fat with zero fire.
You will not have this life. You will get a woman who values herself just as much as you. You will have a strong spicy relationship until you are dead.
You will make it. Always forward.
